Lindsay Lohan is at the centre of a brand new scandal this week as a lady has taken a claim to court Wednesday that she was hit by Lilo's Maserati sports car. According to Nubia Del Carmen Preza, she was run over by Lindsay's car, causing "disabling and serious personal injuries, pain, suffering and anguish!"
Del Carmen Preza is suing for loss of earnings and medical expenses incurred as a result of the accident, which could be seen as another damaging blow to Miss Lohan's career if her claim is successful. Del Carmen Preza's attorney Gregory Picco is refusing to speak to press over the matter, which indicates that a payout seems highly likely.
This is reportedly the second time Lindsay has been sued in a month in relation to driving offences, as she was also taken to court over an alleged incident with a paparazzi photographer, who Lilo allegedly struck with a vehicle back in 2010. Grigor Balyan claims he was simply trying to take photographs of the star in Hollywood when he got hit... Perhaps he should try to stay out of the way of moving vehicles in future!?
The latest lawsuit brought by Preza, claims that Lindsay was driving on September the 1st 2010, at an intersection near the Sunset Strip, which was close to Lilo's home at the time.
She's even still on probation from a 2007 drink driving case due to her being arrested twice that year reportedly under the influence behind the wheel. It seems that everyone's trying to sue poor Lilo these days, so perhaps she needs to hire a chauffeur to prevent any further liability on her part!?
